Who I Am

This website, https://artillustration.com, is the online home of Jenn Williamson, an independent illustrator and designer based in Georgia, United States. In this policy, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Jenn Williamson.

What I Collect

I collect personal information only when you give it to me directly, such as when you fill out the contact form, email me, or commission artwork. This can include your name, email address, project details, reference images, and anything else you choose to share. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Contact Form and Email

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to me by email so I can respond to your inquiry. I use that information only to communicate with you about your project.

Payments

Payments are handled through Ko-fi, which processes them using Stripe. I never see or store your full card or bank details. Ko-fi and its payment processors have their own privacy policies, which apply to any information you give them.

Commission Files and References

I keep reference images, correspondence, and finished files from your commission so I can answer questions, make revisions, and resend files if you need them. As described in my Commission Terms, I may show finished and in-progress commissioned work in my portfolio and on sites where I offer my services, unless you ask me not to.

Comments and Accounts

This site doesn’t accept comments or offer user accounts. If you really want to comment on my work, you can find me on Art Station under “Jenn Williamson.”

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets a few cookies only for people who log in to manage the site, which means only me.

Fonts and Links to Other Sites

This site may load fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which can see your IP address. Pages also link to my profiles on sites such as Instagram, Facebook, ArtStation, and Ko-fi. If you follow those links, those sites’ own privacy policies apply.

Hosting

This site is hosted by IONOS. Like most web hosts, IONOS keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and maintenance purposes.

Who I Share Your Data With

I share your information only when it’s needed to complete your commission or payment (for example, with Ko-fi and its payment processors) or when the law requires it.

How Long I Keep Your Data

I keep commission records, including correspondence and payment details, for as long as I need them for business and tax purposes. If an inquiry doesn’t turn into a commission, I delete it after six months.

Your Rights

You can ask me what personal information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I may need to keep some records for business, tax, or legal reasons. To make a request, email me at jennifer@artillustration.com.

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
